Bedales School
Various projects such as kitchen refurbishment including floor remedial work, improvements to drainage and access were carried out under a strict timetable during school holidays.
Similar time critical projects have been carried out at other major local schools to maintain full pupil access during term time.

Rydens School, Hersham
The work to the existing Rydens School comprises of: Re-location of games court area of approx 1.143m sq. There will be a 2m high galvanised steel fence with posts and tennis net posts, also gates. Two single storey structures, one with mono pitch roof and traditional construction structure, providing three new Design and Technology (DT) classrooms block and another one with traditional dual pitch roof and external brick cladding - eight new Maths classrooms blocks. There will be a corridor link between the two blocks, built in either prefabricated aluminium framed curtain walling system, or steel/aluminium box sections.
All with associated staff rooms, toilet facilities and services as required. External works consist of hard landscaping to two courtyards with isolated planting. Main courtyard is to be provided with a fence and gate access.

Southdowns College
Richardsons have completed several projects at South Downs College including 4 no. two storey classroom buildings ie SE Phase II and III, North East and North West Building together with an extension to the Main Car Park and a number of smaller contracts.

Southampton Solent University
Over recent years as part of the University's extensive campus refurbishment and modernisation we have undertaken a wide variety of projects on their behalf.
These have included an extension at the Marine Fire School changing rooms, reinstatement of the Mountbatten Library following flood damage, office refurbishment & alteration works and improvements to walkways.
All projects have been completed under strict time and access constraints to cause minimum disruption to staff and students .
