Richardsons involvement within healthcare relates primarily in the Nursing Home sector having now completed three projects at Petworth, Worthing and Malvern.

The Worthing and Malvern projects comprised part refurbishment, part new build.  The Petworth project was alteration and refurbishment.

Milton House - Worthing

Refurbishment of a two storey building together with the construction of a two storey building and two single storey buildings to form a care home. The complex comprised of 20 bedrooms, 2 new 2 bedroom care flats and a new four bedroom care bungalow complete with all service accommodation,communal areas and external works.

Malvern
Demolition of an existing annexe and conservatory building with the construction of a new build, three storey, 26 bedroom dementia care unit with accommodation between the existing Perrins and Davenham House buildings.  Associated works included the provision of a multifunction space, external terrace, extensive externals works and landscaping.

Westcourt Medical Centre
The extension and alteration to a General Practice Medical Centre.
