The works comprise the partial demolition, retaining the front facade, underpinning, the insertion of new floors and partitions, structural repairs with alterations to the roof, new services throughout, finishes and fittings, drainage and external works.  It also included the complete demolition and re-build of 35 Bryanston Mews West and in total provided 14 residential units of varying sizes.
