Grays Inn (Bridge Bar and Bingham Room)
The project comprised the construction of a bar located at the first floor level forming a bridge link between the Grade 1 Listed Hall and the Quinlan Terry South Square Building. This bridge link replaced the original bridge demolished following bomb damage in the Second World War.
As part of the development `The Bingham Room` was refurbished with full IT and AV facilities to provide an up to date conference room.

Duke Street
Domolition and reconstruction of Grade II 9 Duke Street and 1 Duke Mews and major refurbishment of 11 Duke Street to form retail and office space. Works included reconstruction of a basement using contiguous piling, masonry load-bearing walls, structural steel frame, timber floors and roof structures, partitioning, M&E installations including comfort cooling, lift installation, finishes and fitting out. Bohunt Manor
Refurbishment, alteration and extension of a country house for conversion to offices of an International IT Company. Click here for more images.

 

 

Richmond Golf Club
The works were situated in an outbuilding of the Grade One Listed Palladian Villa, known as Sudbrook Mansion and comprised of the alteration and extension of the existing Golf Professional's Shop, including the strengthening and re-slating of the existing roof structure, new insulated RC floor slab, together with the installation of additional thermal insulation, new doors, services and finishes throughout.
Alton Library - RIBA Award Winner 2005
The work comprised the demolition of an ex garage and store and the construction of a three storey building with lift installation, M&E services including natural ventilation systems, external works and mains drainage connections. Click here for more images.
