Richardsons (Nyewood) Ltd incorporates its own Mechanical and Electrical Divisions into the structure of the company with each division being run by its own manager; Daniel Renshaw – Electrical and Nick Page – Mechanical. Both sections provide comprehensive service to the building division and have completed many projects in the industrial, commercial, residential and educational sectors of the construction industry.

The Electrical Division has an experienced workforce controlled and led by site foremen and prides itself on its capabilities to carry out electrical installations from High Voltage main sub-stations, Low Voltage main switchboards, distribution centres and standby generators through to lighting, power, fire alarms voice and data, intruder alarms and extra Low Voltage high current D.C.systems for the communications industry.
ON the technical side, the Electrical Division has electrical design capabilities and AutoCAD facilities. The Mechanical Division is registered with the Council for Registered Gas Installers (CORGI) and employs, fully qualified engineers with vast experience of industrial, commercial and domestic plumbing and heating systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, pipe fitter welders and coded welders.
Also unvented heating certificates are part of our training and qualifications. Our mechanical and electrical division market themselves as separate organisation but clearly the strong link between the building division and the services division make them a complementary to each other. |
