Each sub-contractor is made aware of the programme timetable and our requirements. A contract will not be given to a contractor if they are unable to meet our terms or timescales. |

We hold regular site meetings in which progress is reviewed.
All sub contractors are required to meet specific quality standards and provide method statements and risk assessment information.We select sub contractors and suppliers from a restricted list, thereby benefiting from preferential rates as well as improved performance through mutual trust. Our clients are the ultimate beneficiaries of the close working relationships that we have developed. |
