This project consisted of the construction of three detached, two storey timber frame residential properties to provide accommodation for school tutors. Works included erection of the timber frames, external rendering, Velfac windows & doors, the complete fit out & installation of m&e services including MVHR & roof mounted solar panels and external works. A new access road was also created to provided dedicated access from Church Road. Overhead powerlines were diverted to below ground and new water / LPG services installed.
