The project involved the alteration, extension and refurbishment of a grade II listed mid-terrace townhouse to form a single, high-end residential property spread over five floors. Works included demolition & rebuilding of the existing rear extensions at ground floor level down to basement slab level and removal and replacement of the basement slab. Internal alterations to suit the reconfigured layout, and complete internal fit out including new M&E systems.
