This project consisted of the demolition of the poor quality existing semi-detached properties that occupied the site and the construction of the owner designed split-level residential property. External finishes include a mixture of white lias stonework along with a complimenting blend of grey brickwork and natural Siberian larch cladding.

 

The majority of the living space is spread over the ground floor with the living / kitchen / dining spaces benefiting from an open plan design. A generous lower ground floor double garage / workshop and upper ground floor guest rooms provide additional space for the owners, whilst the master bedroom also benefits from a mezzanine floor.
