This project consisted of the construction of four flat traditional brick & block built residential properties within an occupied residential development, situated adjacent to an operational railway line, making use of space which was previously used for parking & landscaping. Works included removal of contaminated ground prior to groundwork's, external rendering & cedar timber cladding, complete m&e installation including roofed, underfloor heating / air conditioning / roof mounted solar panels, green roofs and all associated external works. Works were certified under the code for sustainable homes scheme, achieving levels 3 & 4.
