A major residential refurbishment of a five storey, grade II listed townhouse and associated mews building in central London.

 

Works included demolition and re-build of the mews building behind a retained façade to provide a self-contained two bedroom apartment & replacement of the mansard roof and new rear extension to the townhouse to provide four high end apartments. Internally the floors have been strengthened or replaced and the layouts reconfigured to suit the accommodation being provided. New joinery has been provided including stairs, doors & kitchens. Windows and doors have been repaired / replaced throughout.

 

The mechanical & electrical systems have also been entirely replaced & a passenger lift installed to provide access across all floors.
