HR & Training Manager
Lizzi Richardson is responsible for supporting the Richardsons team, alongside managing the HR department and organising all training needs as well as helping apprentices through their college process. Lizzi also looks after any travel arrangements and organises company events.

Kenny brings with him over 15 years’ experience with a diverse background in the industry and ample experience leading teams through the development process.
Kenny works alongside our Managing Director, Bill Richardson, and chief Quantity Surveyor Steve Pitman in driving and overseeing all planning activity and will seek to maintain our unblemished track record in the construction arena.
Steve Pitman - (ACIOB)
Chief Quantity Surveyor
Steve is responsible for the understanding, quantifying, budgeting and managing the cost of the building work involved in the pre-construction and construction phases. His fundamental goal is to secure the very best service in order to meet our customers expectations and needs with in the cost of the agreed value of the construction project.
Luke’s experience will lead the Richardsons team through aspects of the design stage, planning, decision making, accurate documentation and performance through the construction period. Luke's skills have seen him move in to the mechanical and electrical manager’s role for the last 4 years at Richardsons looking after multiple projects at one time.
Health & Safety Manager
Dan is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the company's health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with current guidance and legislation. Dan works alongside the contracts and site managers to ensure all our projects are run in a safe and efficient manner. Dan is involved in undertaking site inspections on all our projects as well as the monitoring and reporting of accidents and incidents, development of our training scheme and safe systems of work .
Simon Park (Mo)
Simon is responsible for the running of our electrical division and coordination of the electrical installation works alongside our contracts, mechanical and site managers. He is also responsible for managing all specialist electrical subcontractors and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget. Simon has worked his way up in to this position during his 18 years with the company, starting as an electrical apprentice. As our NICEIC qualified supervisor, Simon also deals with the testing and commissioning of the electrical works prior to handover.
Clare Mitchell is an Office Administrator at Richardsons providing support to Bill, Steve and Kenny. Clare also assists the Site Managers by organising plant and transport, ordering materials and liaising with subcontractors.
Nicola Boyes is the welcoming face at the Richardsons reception desk who will meet visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Nicola is also responsible for the management and distribution of all of the correspondence that is received into, and sent by the office, as well as the processing of all of purchase ledger invoices, along with the diary of Bill Richardson.
